Fondation Napoléon Prizes and Research Grants Ceremony 2019
This year the presentation ceremony for the Fondation Napoléon prizes and study grants took place in the prestigious salle de l’Assemblée générale at the Conseil d’État (Council of State) on Wednesday 11 December 2019, with Monsieur Bruno Lasserre, the vice-president of the institution, presiding.
