Nomination : Marie-Christine Labourdette appointed head of the Etablissement public du château de Fontainebleau
Marie-Christine Labourdette, who had been President of the Cité de l’architecture et du Patrimoine since 2018, was officially appointed on 17 February 2021 to head the Établissement public du château de Fontainebleau, replacing Jean-François Hébert. She took up her post on 8 March.
Her mission will be to continue the development of the Château de Fontainebleau by conducting a policy of public outreach and a developing a range of high-quality cultural programmes.
Jean-François Hébert has been appointed Director General of Heritage and Architecture.
