Fondation Napoléon > Patronage grants awarded in 2020

The Board of Trustees of the Fondation Napoléon decided to grant financial support for the following projects in 2020:

• The publication of Le royaume de Westphalie et le système continental 1807-1813 (to be published);
•  The publication of Napoléon et Jésus: création d’un messie (to be published);
• Restoration and new display of the Emperor’s barge in Brest;
• The publication of Les guerres napoléoniennes by Alexandre Mikaberidze (the French translation of his book The Napoleonic Wars A Global History);
• The publication of the proceedings of the symposium on the 150th anniversary of the fighting at Bazeilles;
• The publication of the book Du Palais au Musée. Le Garde-Meuble et l’invention du mobilier historique au XIXe siècle (to be published);
• The restoration by the Cinémathèque de Paris (link in French) of a version of the film Napoléon by Abel Gance;
• The publication of the book Napoléon III, Eugénie et Compiègne (to be published).
