In order to comply with government recommendations,  as of 1 September:

• It is mandatory to wear a mask at the Fondation Napoléon premises, including in the library. Hydroalcoholic gel is available to visitors;
• Consultations at the Library are by appointment only with Chantal Prévot;
• the talks of the Cercle d’Etudes are maintained but only 30 people may attend each talk. Wearing a mask will be mandatory (except, of course, for the speaker): presentation and program, and registration.
