Board of Trustees changes, 8 January 2015
Appointment of new trustees. The make-up of the Board of Trustees has changed slightly. Whilst nothing has altered in terms of the Souvenir Napoléonien, represented by Guy Carrieu and Jacques Macé, the Board has appointed General Robert Bresse, president of the Fondation de la France Libre and former director of the Musée de l’Armée, to replace Bernard Chevallier, who did not wish to renew his seat. Count Nicolas Walewski will renew his seat as treasurer.
Renewal of the former Board. During its meeting of 8 January, the Board performed its obligatory elections. Victor-André Massena was returned as president of the institution. He will be assisted by Olivier Fouquet, State Councillor, as vice-president, Alain Pigeard as secretary, count Nicolas Walewski as treasurer and Jacques Macé as assistant treasurer.
